As the engineer and fabricator of the Digital Modular Shoot House’s, Laser Shot is able to provide a “turn-key” custom designed shoot house to match a customer’s particular training objectives. The Digital Shoot House provides a custom platform to integrate all Real Combat™ technologies, providing a shooter with an immersive 4D virtual world directly replicating all the environmental factors of a real life building breach.
Laser Shot’s Digital Modular Shoot Houses are full-immersion experiences with life-sized complete virtual worlds projected onto the bullet trap walls of the live fire facilities. Each facility enables the training unit to engage simulated game based virtual enemy using live fire or optional laser-based weapons. Scenarios are built using Laser Shot’s exclusive Laser Shot Virtual Shoot House (LVS) software package suited specifically for a live fire urban combat environment, but “plug in” to other simulations via HLA/DIS protocols.
Working in conjunction with LVS, the Digital Modular Shoot House utilizes the patented technology of the Thermal Shot™ Live-Fire Virtual Targetry System to provide exceptional training in room clearing procedures, individual tactical movement, fire team maneuver, CQB marksmanship, and many other tactical procedures using live fire and optional Real Combat™ technologies. Shooters enter a shoot house through the optional breaching doors or windows, equipped exactly as they would fight, and see projections of realistic virtual targets made to support their tactical training.
Laser Shot constructs the exterior walls and ceiling of the Digital Modular Shoot House from armor plate making them completely safe shooting structures. The modular design of the shoot house is centered on state-of-the-art water jet cutting technology. Water jet cutting enables precise pieces to be replicated within sub-millimeter tolerances, enabling the seamless interchange of parts and built-in upgrade options throughout the life of the shoot house. As a completely customizable training facility, customer’s have an open an open canvas into which design their shoot house. Some options include multi-room/multi-story configurations, moveable walls for interchanging the look of the shooting bay, and interchangeable breaching doors and windows.

- “Green” range – complete airborne and solid lead containment and noise pollution controls minimize environmental impact
Laser Shot designed the DMSH, to be environmentally sensitive by limiting the use of natural resources and minimizing the environmental impact to follow and abide by DERP guidelines. The unique modular design of Laser Shot ranges not only provide 100% containment requiring no surface danger zone, but also protect the surrounding environment of the range from overt changes due to range fire. Steps to minimize air and noise pollution in the surrounding environment of the range are also taken through the extensive use of sound abating materials and a 99.97% HEPA filtration system. IAW DERP guidelines this is a proactive effort to protect and minimize environmental impact to help prevent future damage to military lands making the DERP a viable way to fund or partially fund a Laser Shot Modular Shoot House.
